Information you give us
When you fill out one of our forms (the enrollment level finder, contact form, or make-up class, cancellation or absence requests), chat with us through the chat window, call us or email us, we receive the details you choose to share. That is usually your name, email address, phone number, your swimmer's name and age, and your message. We use it to answer your question, place your swimmer in the right class and manage your enrollment.
Our forms and chat window are run by LeadConnector, our customer communications platform, which stores what you send so we can follow up with you.
Class schedules and registration
The class schedules on this site and the Parent Portal are provided by Jackrabbit Class, our class management system. When you register or sign in to the Parent Portal, the information you enter goes to Jackrabbit and is handled under its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. The chat window, forms and schedules load from the providers named above, which receive the same kind of request data when they do.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above, which help us run the site and our classes, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you or your swimmer, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing theswimstationllc@gmail.com or calling 973-714-8067. If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page with an updated date.
